The initial comprehensive evaluation is a critical component of your overall care, from the beginning and moving forward (see First Appointment section). The duration is 90 minutes, which includes15 minutes for documentation and other necessities related to your session. From this intake, you will come away with a diagnostic impression and an array of options comprising your treatment plan. The session rate for this first appointment is $650.
Follow-up sessions are then made for ongoing care. These appointments are typically once a month, though can be more frequent if desired, for instance early on. These sessions are 25 minutes long with 5 minutes for other administrative time connected to your care. The rate for these follow-up sessions is $300.
About Session Timing
Please note that a standard clinical hour of care is 50 minutes together, with 10 minutes of time for drafting notes and other administrative duties related to your appointment.
Insurance & Superbills
Dr. Scanlon is an out-of-network provider and does not accept private or other health insurance. This approach allows his full focus to be giving you the best care possible. A superbill can be provided to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.
